March: New payment features

Check out the new payment settings page with easy access to all your client's payment methods with the ability to set up, manage, and delete multiple electronic payment methods for all their active subscriptions.
Payment settings page
PAYMENTS
The new page is available under the “Payments” tab in the left-hand menu. Select a company you want to manage in a dropdown list and click the "Manage payments” button.
This page is also available by clicking the Edit button next to the payment method block in the Employer's Company profile or Payment pages.

An overview of the companies' payment methods will be on the left side of the page. The number on the right of the tile represents the subscriptions that use this form of payment. You will see the list of attached subscriptions and the billing address on the right side by clicking on the payment method tile.

Edit payment method
You can manage companies' payments by clicking the "Edit" button in the top right corner. You will see a list of the subscriptions and the attached payment methods. To change the payment method, change the dropdown option on the related subscription tile and click the "Save" button.

Delete payment method
You can delete the payment method only if it has no assigned subscriptions (i.e., the count is zero). Click the Actions menu on the payment method tile and select the "Delete" option.
