December: new products and features
New features to simplify the user experience of creating the proposals as long as plenty of new products appeared on the Marketplace this month.
Multiple products proposal flow update
PROPOSALS
Brokers can start the proposal flow with a single button click in the top-right corner of the Product Marketplace page. You will be prompted to enter the company details before selecting the products. This solution simplifies the flow and ensures the list of available products is correct for existing clients.
Existing Company details view
PROPOSALS
Creating a Proposal for an existing company is now much easier. A broker can review the company's basic information, logo, and employee count. The three dots menu has an action to Overview a Company Profile and Create a New Company instead.
Change History tab on the Broker and Employer profile
USERS
Employer and Broker Profile has an additional tab with the Change History details table. The main title of the Profile now contains the company name in it.
Change history captures the changes in Broker or Employer Company demographics, such as the company's name, address, website, etc. Also, it identifies a person who made these changes with the according email details and a timestamp.
New product available: Cleo
PRODUCTS
Brokers will see a new product called Cleo on the Product Marketplace page with four different pricing plans and a range of pricing tiers depending on the number of employees.
Cleo is the most proactive solution for working families, providing support from planning a family through caring for an adult loved one.
On the create proposal step, Brokers will see an additional info box. Cleo subscriptions require a company email address (e.g., @mycompany.com) for each employee the client wishes to onboard. Our workflow will prompt your client to provide their company email domain when they approve the proposal. You should communicate this requirement to your client ahead of time.
